“Wild food walks and workshops run by Jade Mellor of Wild Pickings, a professional forager for nearly 10 years. Seasonal courses in wild food and foraging, where participants will learn practical skills in identification and preparation, with an emphasis on eating! Courses run in the beautiful countryside of Mid West Wales – mainly in Ceredigion and also  Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire.

Covering a range of habitats and wild foods, these are plant based courses which include salads and wild vegetables, seaweeds, berries, mushrooms and flowers.”
