WILD FOOD WALKS

“I run Wild Food Walks in Devon where I teach the identification and uses of: Spring leaves, flowers, roots and poisons; Summer seaweeds and seashore plants; Autumn berries, nuts, roots, lichens and wild mushrooms.

I learned from Australian Aborigines, African Pygmies and Bushmen and North American Indians. By applying their logic to finding wild food in the UK I discovered our long lost annual migration route that fits us into the eco-system so that we can find wild food all year round, in super abundance.

I teach this logic along with the wild food identification on my wild food walks. I believe this knowledge is our birthright and our future and so I keep my prices affordable to all.”
