“Expert forager, restaurateur and author, Lucia Stuart will introduce you to the delights of super fresh, super healthy seasonal food then treat you to a decadent dining experience.
Practical sessions will take place in the beautiful coast and countryside of East Kent. You will learn to identify and cook delicious wild food and learn additional skills such as making a fire for outdoor cooking, food smoking or making cheese. Meals will be a gourmet feast of seasonal delights and forager’s cocktails.
Campfires, country walks and little adventures will make these weekenders a delight for all your senses.”
