Foraging Field, Wood and Hedgerow
“We run foraging courses in the spring and autumn and publish a quarterly magazine – The Bushcraft Magazine – available by subscription or through Amazon that includes regular seasonal foraging and wild cooking articles. We run regular bushcraft events which will include daily foraging walks and wild cooking. The autumn programme is not set yet but will include fungi and wild fruits, always with wild cooking and samples to eat.
We also have a Rocky Shore Forage for shellfish, seaweeds and coastal plants in the summer and a Sandy shore, Shrimping and Cockling course, too.”
