Foraging and Cookery Workshop
Seasonal Suffolk’s Carl Shillingford would like to invite you to an educational morning of foraging around the Nayland countryside, complete with a cooking workshop using our fresh, foraged goods to make a delicious lunch.
Our foraging workshop includes:
- Roughly 2 hours guided foraging, where you will learn to identify the wealth of nutritious food growing right under your nose
- A cooking workshop at Seasonal Suffolk HQ led by Carl, where you will use foraged foods to make dishes fit for England\'s best restaurants.
- A hearty and profoundly fresh lunch, served with a glass of quality wine.
Carl has been a professional chef for 27 years, with the bulk of his career at the Waterside Inn, Bray under the mentorship of Michel Roux. Carl has had over 20 years experience working in some of Europe\'s top Michelin Star restaurants, and now works as the director of Seasonal Suffolk.
