As well as trying a new skill, enjoying fantastic food and drink, you’ll be inspired by the passion and knowledge of the farmers, foragers, fishermen, butchers and bakers who lead each Food Safari.
Food Safari will give you a fresh perspective on the food we eat. We run a year round programme of cookery courses, butchery workshops and behind-the-scenes tours that are all about discovering more about where food comes from. Many of our days are properly field to fork or sea to plate: we visit a farm, learn some butchery, cook some great food and enjoy a feast.”
